Since 1989, Sunsuria has delivered projects from industrial factories to commercial units and residences. Currently working on several major projects including commercial developments and high-end residences, Sunsuria also embarks on a long-term plan to develop Sunsuria City, a 525-acre township featuring Xiamen University Malaysia. In addition, Sunsuria City holds Best Sustainable Township Award (2016), a notable recognition by Property Insight. Through the company’s commitment to enhance the built environment, Sunsuria was awarded The EDGE-PEPS Value Creation Excellence Award 2014 for The CORE, Kota Damansara and APPA Architectural 2015-2016 Best Residential Landscape Architecture Category for Suria Residence, Bukit Jelutong.
